PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
BIMI Implementation
Implemented a BIMI logo for my end client to have the company logo linked to the sender profile for all emails sent to customers improving engagement rates and brand trust.
Automating Campaign Exclusion
Designed and Implemented an automated campaign exclusion solution to allow customers to fall back into the target base after a period of time being ring-fenced. Ringfenced customers were stored within a table which was timestamped with a future opt in date
Lead Allocation
Redesigned and created new allocation programs within Eloqua for 8 businesses within RBI to help them allocate leads for sales. This involved building hundreds of automatic backend processes to route leads to designated sales teams, which increased conversions.
Preference Centre
Designed and developed the NOWTV email preference centre and also created a customer exit survey to analyse reasons for churn. Both solutions are currently used by thousands of customers day week and adding new insight in understanding customers.
